All Sales Are Final. All orders are subject to a 20 to 50 percent Cancelation fee if the Customer chooses to cancel the order after it was placed and specifically if the items where pulled for that specific order. or orders.
We may accept may exchanges of products purchased directly from us up to 30 days from the date of delivery with the zero exception of anything electronics like optics or lights. To be eligible for a exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- Gift certificates are not eligible for refunds.
- All firearms sales are final, including SLidecuts, Optic cuts and slides/Precut slides.
- All Optic sales are final
- No returns or exchanges can be accepted for stripped set screws unless otherwise proven to be a manufacturing defect.
- Your receipt or order number are required for processing returns. Please see below for shipping information.
Refunds
On certain items, a 50 percent restocking fee may be added.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and advise you of your refund status. If a refund is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method whenever possible. Other arrangements can be made on a case-by-case basis.
If your refund appears to be late or missing, please take the following steps in order:
1) Check the account of your original payment method.
2) If your refund has not been posted, please contact your bank or credit card company. There can be long delays in posting refunds, and Dynamic Weapon Solutions does not have control over these delays after we have processed a refund.
3) When steps 1 & 2 do not answer your concerns to your satisfaction, please contact us at info@dynamicweaponsolutions.com.
Exchanges
We will exchange only new & unused items in their original packaging with additional shipping for the customer. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@dynamicweaponsolutions.com. Please see below for shipping information.
Returning or Exchanging Gifts
Products received as gifts can only be refunded to the original purchaser. Alternatively, a gift certificate or store credit can be issued to you for the value of products upon receipt of the products and approval of the return or exchange. All returns or exchanges must be new & unused items in their original packaging. Please see below for shipping information.

The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable.
If the return or exchange value is significant, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Dynamic Weapon Solutions does not independently insure return shipments.
