Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Manage, delegate and supervise all production and warehouse staff on shift by using active supervision walks
• Ensure the facility is always clean and well organized
• Perform all QA requests and ensure all documentations are completed and accurate
• Train new employees and aim to empower them in their work to ensure quality output of products
• Settle first level conflicts by being fair and equitable
• Identify and document absences, delays or behavioral problems and apply intervention
• Maintain performance reviews for all operators at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and then annually
• Provide ongoing motivation, support and guidance to all employees
• Communicate any problems to upper management
• Understand and assist when needed in other departments
