To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Prior experience as a receptionist would be beneficial. As a full-time receptionist you will be rotating through Dynamic Weapon Solutions as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Greeting and welcoming customers as they approach front desk
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them to appropriate departments
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
  • Answering questions and addressing complaints
  • Check and sort and forward emails
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Keep front desk tidy and organized

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as front desk representative, or relevant position
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office (especially Word & Excel)
  • Strong communication skills and people skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Problem solving skills
  • Customer Service Skills a MUST
