Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Attention to detail. This is the most critical requirement.
• Must work in a fast pace environment. We don’t drag our feet here.
• Apply Cerakote to gun parts. (20-40+ guns per day)
• Actively looking for ways to Excel in the Cerakote application field. This includes dominating camo patterns to creating custom Cerakote colors.
• Must be computer literate. We use technology to track serial numbers and must be able to communicate online with internal staff.
• Critical thinking to use logic and reasoning to identify pros and cons of alternative solutions, conclusions, and approaches to problems.

Educational Background in one or more of the following areas:

• Cerakote certification is preferred.
